The Kelly ‘12’ vest is built from rugged 10oz dry waxed canvas to make it tough (and sheds water!), but won’t weigh you down. Features a cowhide leather collar, brass zip front closure, double front yokes, chest flaps covering welted pockets, side entry pockets and paneled back with side adjustable tabs. Inside it is black cotton lined with a stencil print that covers the concealed carry internal system (CCIS) and comes with the anti-imprint pads.
